Access is limited to investors who meet one of the prescribed exemptions under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Financial Promotion) Order 2005. That means certified high net worth individuals, self-certified sophisticated investors, and professional or elective professional clients, alongside family offices and institutions. No promotional material about any specific opportunity is shown until eligibility has been certified in the prescribed wording. If none of the investor categories describe you, we will not take your details and will point you to an FCA authorised financial adviser instead.
No. Registering interest captures basic contact details and nothing about any specific opportunity; it does not make you a certified investor and it does not release any financial promotion. The statutory self-certification is a separate, gated journey in which you personally complete the prescribed statement for your category. The certification is timestamped and expires after 12 months, after which it must be renewed before further material can be shown to you.
